I use this belt every day - for 5 years now. The compartment can contain a lot of folded bills & information & doesn't bulk up. I retrive money discretely from it by slipping it off partially under my shirt, put that part into my pocket, easily work the zipper back, & viola, nobody knows. It is a simple belt that goes with everything. I am not skinny. This belt & buckle withstood a great deal of pressure. Should my wallet be taken from me, I'd be calm. I'm covered. This is the best travel accessory and belt I've ever bought.

This is the second buckle to break. The first belt afer a year, on a trip w/no other belt. Spent $30 on the cheapest belt I could find in England. They replaced it with one that lasted 8 years but broke just (luckily) before my last trip. I wore it only on overseas travel so actually a total of about 120 days wear total. I have another web belt with a traditional two opening, pull through plactic buckle. I recommend a switch. I like that it goes thru metal detectors without a problem.
I would not recommend this without a better buckle. It's pretty embarrassing to have it suddenly break in public.

Comments about Eagle Creek All Terrain Money Belt:

I'm the mom of sons in their 20's and we all have this belt. They like it because it looks casual and they don't have to remove it at the airport so they wear it every day. One son was walking back to his hotel in another country and got stopped by a crooked police who frisked him for money. My son had a lot of money in his belt but because it looks like a ordinary belt, instead of a big leather money belt that a tourist would wear, the police let him go and didn't get any money. The buckle does break eventually but at this price, we can buy new belts. We are all satisfied with this belt and will continue to recommend it to frends.

Comments about Eagle Creek All Terrain Money Belt:

Description should include that it accommodates up to a 44-inch waist (I just made it!)
Used it on an overseas trip, and it beats the bulky "hidden" wallets.
It looks like just a belt, and it makes carrying extra cash so much easier.
Too bad the maker can't figure out some easy way to carry passports and credit cards.
        Overall, a great product.

Comments about Eagle Creek All Terrain Money Belt:

Well made but the compartment that holds the cash is very small and is only half of what it could be as compared to other nylon money belts I have owned. On top of that it came in a very large box with a "carbon neutral" tape across it al the while the only thing in the box was just this belt. Large waist.

Comments about Eagle Creek All Terrain Money Belt:

Appears to be good quality. Previous similar belt lasted about 4 years until the buckle broke.
This buckle is changed, not quite as easy to use, but appears more durable. Time will tell.

Comments about Eagle Creek All Terrain Money Belt:

Overall this is a very good belt with the exception that the plastic buckle gave up after a while and at a VERY inopportune time! While traveling one day the buckle's little hinge pins just snapped off leaving the whole system irreparably useless. Had to tie up pants with a rope! And had to transfer a large amount of cash to a pocket, not good. Otherwise it's a great belt.

I loved this belt. Easy to hide dollars which made me feel more secure. It was very adaptable as I was losing weight.
Unfortunately the clasp broke making it unusable.
I will definitely buy another one though.

Comments about Eagle Creek All Terrain Money Belt:

I have used this belt across 7 continents in the last 3 years. It has allowed me to carry up to 30 US bills (tight fit with 3 x 10 bills folded 2x) at a time. I only use it traveling (35% of my time). I was packing for my next trip and the plastic snap broke at the hinge. I have been unable to find a 1 1/4" (33mm) buckle to replace the broken one so will just buy a new one as it meets my travel needs for cash security.

Comments about Eagle Creek All Terrain Money Belt:

I bought this belt for almost 20 years ago, and I wear it 7 days a week, now still wearing it. But now it is a bit worn out after so many years. I try to search it in shops but never see one. At one time, I though I will wear the same one forever. Luckyly, I see its brand at back and now find it in internet. I can order a new one finally, may be two with different colour, so I can change, HA HA :)
