Use this all the time. My husband and I originally purchased this piece for a 10 day trip to Costa Rica. We used this plus the Load warrior international carry on and one of the backpacks that is check point friendly (cannot recall the name). We did not have this at full capacity when we left and the compression straps and wings were perfect for keeping everything in place. On our return trip we packed it full but the bag distributed the weight so well it honestly only felt 10lbs heavier. The material was a great match for the damp humid conditions as well as durable enough to withstand numerous packing and unpackings of the tour bus.
We now use it for the two of us when we go on weekend trips because it is that big! It will fit both my things and my husbands things along with our dogs. Very pleased with this purchase and know it will be lasting us a long time.

My wife purchased one of these last year. Superb. We tend to trash luggage as its needs to put up with "casual" baggage handlers, cobblestone streets and overpacking. My wife's looks like it would put up with stress quite well. This year the price was "reduced", so I recently bought one.

This is the same bag in name only. The bag has gone from clearly overbuilt to a competitive build. Versus my wife's bag, gussets are a fraction in size, same with straps, wheels are different (hopefully not weaker), I believe the back side material is thinner -- at least it feels flimsier. All material has lost some stiffness. Looks like the accountants won the day.

Will see how it lasts but I would not put too much faith in year or more reviews.

Comments about Eagle Creek Tan Grey/Olive Green Gear Warrior™ 32 Suitcase:

C'mon ladies our men need big bags that are easy to navigate and pack in the back of the car for that long trip or check in at the airport. It's lightweight! Great for packing everything a man needs and he has extra room for our stuff too! You know what I mean, we pack too many clothes and shoes. This bag can handle it!

Comments about Eagle Creek Tan Grey/Olive Green Gear Warrior™ 32 Suitcase:

We bought Gear Warrior 32s for each of us. Our trips are usually long distance, long duration and only sitting for a couple of days before we move again. We use the luggage packs to identify individual items such as shirts, pants, underwear, cold weather pants and tops, rain gear and dirty clothes. That way we can stand the suitcase up or lay it down and the stacking of the items makes easy ID of the items. We also use clearer packs to ID used clothes when washers are avaialble and time is minimal. The best feature of all is the covered zippers that prevent the luggage gorillas from breaking the zippers. The wheels can be great when transporting, even over soft ground. Just completed a 30 day trip with stops at almost twenty places to change locations. The luggage packs help organize and find items quickly when we arrive and have to gather our cameras to get outside quickly, yet allows us to change according to weather conditions. Your luggage packs make travel a lot easier to stay organized.

Comments about Eagle Creek Tan Grey/Olive Green Gear Warrior™ 32 Suitcase:

I bought this suitcase thinking it would similar to the ORV Trunk 30 just fewer pockets. Unlike the trunk which has an even depth in the main compartment, the GW's compartment is sloping. It's deepest at the base and appears to be about 1/3 of the depth at the top of the case. This shortcoming isn't evident in the photos or video. It might work for summer weight clothes, but for a one week trip during the cold season the Gear Warrior wouldn't hold my stuff.

What more could you want in a bag? This thing is beautiful, it's tough, it's big but not too big, and it's got the No Matter What warranty. I've gone with the Gear Warrior and there's no turning back!
