The bag is much nicer than the Ziplock quart size bag it replaced. The bottles are OK, but I don't see a noticeable difference between these and those purchased in the trial size bins. All bottles are prone to leaking if filled incorrectly. As the air pressure in the plane drops, the liquid will expand. If there's no head space to expand, it will leak through the cap. To avoid this, I only fill the bottles half to two thirds full and slightly squeeze out the air as I screw in the cap. Since doing this, I've yet to have a leakage and as one who travels with one of these filled with fountain pen ink, that's trust.

This is a carry on lifesaver!! Most travelers use those cheap quart size zip-lock bags, these have many drawbacks. Ever have one split open, due to over stuffing? I witnessed this at Denver Int.
